My client are a dynamic and rapidly expanding recruitment agency based in Mansfield, specialising in Industrial / logistics and driving sector placements. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a motivated and experienced 360 Driving Recruitment Consultant to join their team and play a key role in building and managing a thriving driving desk.
The Role:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle – from business development and client relationship management to candidate sourcing, placement, and compliance. You’ll work closely with clients and candidates across the driving and logistics sector, ensuring the highest levels of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively develop new business opportunities within the driving and logistics sectors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent service
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: advertising, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
- Source and register suitable candidates in line with client requirements
- Ensure compliance with all industry and legal standards, including right-to-work checks and driver hours regulations
- Handle client and candidate queries professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records using the company’s CRM and systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment consultant role, ideally within the driving/logistics sector
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of driver regulations and industry compliance
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Full UK driving licence
