Our client, a well‐established recruitment business specialising in the telecoms sector, is looking to hire two Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join their growing team in Croydon. This opportunity is also open to candidates who would like to complete a recruitment apprenticeship alongside their role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is commercially minded, enjoys speaking to people, and is looking for a long‐term career with genuine earning potential.

What you'll be doing:

  • Sourcing and attracting candidates for telecoms and technology vacancies
  • Building relationships with candidates and clients
  • Conducting candidate interviews and registrations
  • Writing job adverts and managing applications
  • Supporting experienced consultants on live recruitment projects
  • Learning business development and sales techniques
  • Working towards recruitment targets and earning commission

What we're looking for:

  • Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or telephone‐based experience
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people
  • Ambitious, motivated and eager to learn
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
