Pinewood.AI is seeking experienced professionals from the automotive dealership world to join our growing Training and Implementation Team. Whether you’ve worked as an aftersales advisor, service manager, parts specialist, or warranty administrator, this is your opportunity to support our company growth and make a real impact.

Requirements

  • Implement the Pinewood.AI platform into new and existing automotive retailers across the UK and internationally.
  • Ensure a high-quality implementation process, and continuously review our methods to deliver consistent, high-quality implementations.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs, set up and select appropriate parameters, and ensure the system is correctly configured prior to the ‘Go Live’ date.
  • Deliver informative and clear training sessions to maximize system value for users.
  • Continuously develop your system knowledge, including parameters, functionality, and integrations.

About You

You’ll be an excellent communicator, capable of collaborating and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues across the business. Your problem-solving mindset and deep understanding of the automotive industry will be key to your success.

What you’ll need:

  • A strong background in the automotive industry, specifically in aftersales roles such as service, parts, or warranty management.
  • A logical thinker with an organized and methodical approach.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Deep understanding of automotive retail processes.
  • A willingness to travel regularly (up to 80% of your time will be spent on client sites in the UK and internationally).
  • A clean UK driving license (no more than 6 points).
  • Experience using the Pinewood DMS in a dealership environment.
  • Familiarity with service scheduling, parts inventory management, warranty claims, and aftersales reporting.
  • Knowledge of how technology can optimize workshop efficiency, customer retention, and revenue opportunities in aftersales departments.
