Do you want to make a real difference to people’s lives? Our domiciliary care service supports people who are well enough to live at home but who still need care and guidance to safely maintain their independence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care including bathing, toileting, and dressing
  • Prepare and serve meals and assist with feeding when necessary
  • Support with medication management and maintain accurate records
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to individuals through meaningful activities and conversations
  • Accurately record the care provided, daily observations, and any changes in an individual's condition
  • Ensure individuals are treated with the utmost respect, preserving their dignity, privacy, and choice
  • Work in multidisciplinary teams to ensure the holistic well-being of the individuals we support
