We are looking for caring, reliable Home Care Assistants to support individuals in their own homes across Cardiff.
You don’t need previous care experience to get started, just a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
If you’ve ever worked in customer service, retail, hospitality, or any role where you’ve supported individuals, you already have the skills that matter.
In care, it’s all about listening, understanding needs and making someone’s day that much better.

What you’ll be doing
You might support individuals with things like
- Helping them stay independent and achieve what matters most to them
- Providing personal care (such as bathing, toileting, and getting dressed) with respect and sensitivity
- Preparing simple meals and offering support with eating or drinking
- Assisting with medication and keeping clear, accurate records
- Spending time chatting, listening, and offering reassurance and emotional support
- Encouraging dignity, privacy, choice, and independence in everything you do
