Job Description:

The RDA is seeking an experienced and visionary Property Developer/Surveyor to join our ambitious Pandora Project. This role involves overseeing the development and sustainable management of housing projects on Pandora, ensuring harmonious integration with the planet’s unique environment and its indigenous Na’vi population.

Responsibilities:

• Site Surveys: Conduct thorough surveys of potential development sites, mapping out terrain and assessing suitability for construction.
• Environmental Assessment: Evaluate the environmental impact of development projects, ensuring minimal disruption to Pandora’s ecosystem.
• Planning and Development: Design and oversee the construction of housing and infrastructure projects, adhering to both human and Na’vi requirements.
• Resource Management: Efficiently manage resources and materials, utilizing local materials and innovative building techniques.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team, including environmental scientists, engineers, and Na’vi representatives.
• Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with RDA policies, interstellar regulations, and environmental standards.
• Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with the Na’vi community, incorporating their input and respecting their cultural heritage.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record in property development, surveying, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced surveying technology and environmental assessment tools.
