We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labourer for a project based in Stevenage Hertfordshire.

The successful candidate will assist with a variety of site duties, helping to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting tradespeople with daily site tasks.
  • Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials.
  • Keeping the site clean, tidy, and safe.
  • Operating basic hand tools and equipment where required.
  • Following site health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Carrying out other general labouring duties as instructed by the Site Manager.

Requirements

  • Previous construction or labouring experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Valid CSCS Green Card (preferred/required depending on the role).
  • Good physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
  • Own PPE (hard hat, safety boots, high-visibility vest) is an advantage.
