We are currently looking for an experienced Traffic Marshal (Banksman) to join our team on a busy construction site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe movement of vehicles, plant machinery, and pedestrians around the site while maintaining strict health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage vehicle movements on and off the construction site.
  • Guide HGVs, delivery vehicles, and plant machinery safely using hand signals or radio communication.
  • Ensure site entrances and exits remain clear and safe.
  • Monitor and control access to the site.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, site operatives, and management.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations and report hazards immediately.
  • Maintain a log of deliveries and vehicle movements where required.

Requirements

  • Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman ticket.
  • Valid CSCS card.
  • Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshal on construction sites.
  • Good communication and awareness of site safety procedures.
  • Full PPE (Hard hat, Hi-Vis vest, and safety boots).
  • UTR Payment.
