We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Landscape Labourer to join our growing team. You will assist with a range of landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks on residential and commercial projects. This is a physically demanding outdoor role, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and being outside in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with hard and soft landscaping projects
  • Preparing ground (digging, levelling, turfing)
  • Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
  • Moving materials and loading/unloading equipment
  • Using hand and power tools safely
  • Supporting team members on-site
  • Keeping work areas clean and organised
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements

  • Previous landscaping or labouring experience
  • CSCS card (preferred for construction sites)
  • Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
