About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee and manage multiple landscaping projects, ensuring their successful delivery on time and within budget. This role involves managing both soft and hard landscaping projects across commercial and residential sites. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent project management experience, and a deep understanding of the landscaping industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of soft and hard landscaping projects.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and designers to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and ensure health & safety compliance.
- Manage procurement of materials, logistics, and workforce allocation.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Provide technical advice and problem-solving support on-site.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role in the landscaping, construction, or civil engineering sectors.
