We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Landscape Labourer to join our growing team. You will assist with a range of landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks on residential and commercial projects. This is a physically demanding outdoor role, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and being outside in all weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with hard and soft landscaping projects
- Preparing ground (digging, levelling, turfing)
- Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Moving materials and loading/unloading equipment
- Using hand and power tools safely
- Supporting team members on-site
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous landscaping or labouring experience
- CSCS card (preferred for construction sites)
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
