AsChef de Partie, you will play a key role in the kitchen brigade, supporting the team in preparing and presenting food to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to aconsistently high standard
• Followestablished recipesand maintain presentation guidelines
• Complete dailykitchen prep, including chopping, marinating, and portioning
• Maintain aclean, safe, and organised kitchen environment
• Ensure full compliance withfood hygiene and safety regulations
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensuresmooth service
• Monitorstock levels, assist with ordering and inventory control
• Support and mentorjunior kitchen staff
• Contribute ideas tomenu developmentand seasonal specials

• Minimum3 years experiencein a professional kitchen
• Strong understanding ofculinary techniquesand kitchen operations
• Solid knowledge offood safety standardsand best practices
