Pineapple Recruitment is expanding its services into the Education Sector and is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help us grow.
This is a pivotal role, requiring a blend of proactive business development and candidate management. If you are a highâachiever looking to build a new sector within an established brand, this is your opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and convert new business opportunities across the Midlands while nurturing longâterm partnerships with existing school leaders.
- Utilise recruitment techniques to attract, interview, and retain educators and support staff.
- Provide bespoke recruitment solutions by deeply understanding the specific pedagogical and cultural needs of each school.
- Meet and exceed billing targets and KPIs.
- Represent Pineapple Recruitment at industry conferences, job fairs, and networking events to expand our candidate pipeline.
- Maintain precise records within our CRM and ensure 100% compliance with DfE and safeguarding regulations.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience within Education recruitment is essential.
- Proven experience in a fullâdesk environment, showcasing an ability to balance business development with candidate delivery.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
