Pineapple Recruitment are excited to provide a new opportunity for an experienced HR Data & Insights Analyst to join a well-established, dynamic business based in Worcester. Initially, you will play a key role in supporting Phase 2 of a Dayforce HCM implementation, contributing to data migration, system testing, reporting enhancements, and user adoption. Following implementation, you will transition into leading the transformation of raw workforce data into actionable operational and strategic insights across the organisation.
Working closely with the HR Leadership Team and key stakeholders, you will build automated dashboards, optimize reporting workflows, and translate complex people data into compelling visual narratives and board-level presentations.
Key Responsibilities:- Dayforce System Support & Implementation
- Support Phase 2 of the Dayforce implementation, including data migration, system testing, workflow management, and reporting setup.
- Monitor system utilisation and reporting performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and automation.
- Maintain data integrity across Dayforce HCM and integrated HR systems.
- Stay updated on new Dayforce Reporting & Analytics enhancements, making proactive system recommendations.
- Workforce Data & Business Intelligence:
- Extract, validate, and analyse workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across key HR metrics.
- Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and monthly, quarterly, annual, and statutory HR reports.
- Support workforce planning through headcount trend analysis, forecasting, and organizational reporting.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, high-impact PowerPoint presentations and executive summaries for the HR Leadership Team and Board.

- Dayforce HCM Expertise: Proven hands-on experience using Dayforce HCM with a strong focus on reporting and analytics.
- Advanced Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (PivotTables, Power Query, advanced formulas).
- Presentation & Storytelling: Advanced PowerPoint skills with a track record of creating executive-level, commercially focused presentations.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data manipulation, validation, and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical business stakeholders.
- Desirable:
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualisation tools.
- Familiarity with SQL for data extraction.
- Background in People Analytics, HR Operations, or Workforce Planning.
- Solid understanding of GDPR and HR data governance principles.
