We’re looking for an experienced and confident Deputy General Manager to join a busy, quality-led hospitality operation in Windsor.
This is a hands‑on management role for someone who knows how to run a strong Front of House operation, lead a team and deliver excellent service while also understanding the commercial side of the business.
You’ll work closely with the General Manager, taking responsibility for the day‑to‑day operation and helping drive standards, sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the General Manager with the overall day‑to‑day running of the venue, business growth and performance
- Leading Front of House operations and ensuring consistently high service standards
- Managing bookings, reservations and service flow – handling feedback and resolving any issues personally
- Leading, Training and coaching team members to improve service, product knowledge and sales
- Driving revenue through confident upselling and team development
- Understanding and managing P&L performance, budgets, margins and costs
- Stock management, ordering, wastage control and maintaining healthy margins
- Ensuring health & safety, licensing and company procedures are consistently followed.
What We’re Looking For:
You’ll need strong previous experience in a Deputy General Manager, Assistant General Manager or similar senior hospitality management role, ideally within a restaurant, premium pub, hotel or other quality‑led operation.
You’ll be confident managing a busy Front of House environment and have experience with bookings, team training, upselling, P&L management, labour and cost control.
We’re looking for someone commercially aware but still very much a hospitality person — someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading from the front and creating a great experience for guests.
