Our client, a well-established regional organisation, is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their collaborative and multi-disciplinary team. The Role

This is a solution-focused position for an advisor who excels at building strong relationships and providing expert guidance on complex people matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert Advisory: Provide high-level advice on the full range of HR issues, including employment law, safeguarding, and specific terms and conditions.
  • Complex Casework: Manage end-to-end casework including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and absence cases.
  • Change Management: Support organisational change programmes, including restructuring and redundancy processes.
  • Policy Development: Lead the creation and review of HR policies to ensure legal compliance and best practice.
  • Training: Design and deliver bespoke HR training for leaders on topics such as safer recruitment and performance management.

What You'll Need:

  • Qualifications: CIPD Level 5 (Highly Desirable)
  • Sector Experience: Proven experience working within the Education sector is essential.
  • Location Agility: While this is a hybrid role with significant remote flexibility, you must live within a commutable distance of Herefordshire to provide occasional on-site support and attend face-to-face meetings.
