Our client is looking for a highly visible, hands-on leader who takes full accountability for their site’s operational performance. You will be expected to lead from the front, driving pace and service standards while maintaining strict control over commercial KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Floor Leadership & Service Execution: Maintain a constant, active presence on the shop floor, leading all service periods from the front. Take immediate control during peak times, increasing team pace and directing staff to maximize throughput. Manage queue flow and staff positioning to ensure every customer is acknowledged and served efficiently. Resolve operational issues in real-time to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Commercial Performance & Cost Control: Maximise revenue during all trading periods, ensuring no sales opportunities are missed due to poor organisation. Drive team awareness of targets and encourage active upselling. Manage labour scheduling and productivity in line with demand and company targets. Maintain rigorous control over waste and stock management through operational discipline.
