We are seeking a Store Manager who thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and leads by example. Our client is looking for a highly visible, hands-on leader who takes full accountability for their site’s operational performance.
You will be expected to lead from the front, driving pace and service standards while maintaining strict control over commercial KPIs. Maintain a constant, active presence on the shop floor, leading all service periods from the front. Take immediate control during peak times, increasing team pace and directing staff to maximize throughput.
- Commercial Performance & Cost Control: Maximise revenue during all trading periods, ensuring no sales opportunities are missed due to poor organisation. Maintain rigorous control over waste and stock management through operational discipline.
