Driving Strategy: Conducting deep‑draft sensitivity analysis and scenario modelling to identify growth trends and support big‑ticket bid submissions.
Commercial Insight: Translating complex financial data into "human" insights for non‑finance stakeholders, ensuring every commercial decision is backed by robust data.
Full‑Cycle Involvement: Managing central overheads and variance analysis while leading the consolidation of regional budgets and forecasting.
