Following the successful launch of our Education Division in March 26, Pineapple Recruitment is looking for another experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join the team. Headquartered in our beautiful office premises in Worcestershire, we work on a national scale with well-established SLAs already in place. We’ve built fantastic momentum, and now we need another high-achiever to help us manage and expand our reach.

If you want to work somewhere with a strong foundation, great infrastructure, and a culture that values people over pure pressure, this is your next move.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Making Connections: Chatting with school leaders to understand what makes their classrooms and wider operational teams tick, and matching them with the perfect candidates.
  • Talent Scouting: Using your recruitment knowhow to find, interview, and champion amazing teachers and support staff.
  • Owning Your Desk: With support, smashing your targets while keeping our CRM looking beautiful and 100% compliant with DfE/safeguarding rules (because doing things right matters!).
  • Brand Advocacy: Heading out to industry events, job fairs, and networking gigs to show everyone why Pineapple is the best in the business.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Education recruitment. You know your supply from your permanent, and safeguarding is second nature to you.

The Pineapple Perks:

  • Salary: £35,000 - £40,000/annum (depending on experience) + a completely uncapped commission structure.
  • Flexibility First: Hybrid working and genuine flexibility. We trust you to deliver, no micro-management here. Ideally you'll be based in the West Midlands as we'd like you to be able to work on a hybrid basis - too far away and we'd miss you too much!!
  • Tech-Powered: Access to the latest recruitment tech and AI tools to clear out the boring admin and let you focus on human relationships.
  • Time Off: 25 days of annual leave + Bank Holidays + your birthday off to celebrate!
  • Health & Family: Private Healthcare, Life Assurance and enhanced family-friendly leave.
  • Growth: Ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership visibility. We celebrate every single win together.
