We're looking for an organised, proactive and customer‑focused Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team in Aylesford. This varied and rewarding role places you at the heart of our sales operation, supporting both customers and Area Sales Managers to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Sales Team.
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and Live Chat.
- Qualify new enquiries by gathering customer requirements and identifying opportunities.
- Prepare accurate, tailored quotations for prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update our CRM system with all interactions and sales activity.
- Coordinate appointments for Area Sales Managers, ensuring meeting agendas, samples and literature are prepared in advance.
- Manage post‑order administration, including colour checks, product queries and delivery updates.
- Assist customers with after‑sales enquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain customer data through regular CRM updates and data cleansing.
- Support sales projects and provide general administrative assistance to the wider Sales Team as required.

- Experience using a CRM system.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel.
