WORKING HOURS: 8am - 4.30pm
A bit about the role.. Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping finances running smoothly? We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Finance Administrator to play a key role in managing our incoming payments, tracking and resolving outstanding invoices, and ensuring our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Raising Despatched Sales Invoices & Advance Sales Invoices.
- Raising Vesting Certificates.
- Raising Credit Notes and adjusting Stock & Orders on MRP system.
- Raising Intercompany Sales and Purchases.
- Opening new Sales Accounts on 123 for Pineapple & Workagile.
- Completing Credit Checks on new accounts.
- Investigate AR queries.
- Download daily Bank statements in GBP, EUR & USD.
- Receive GBP card payments.
- Workagile AR, AP & Bank.
- Other Adhoc Finance projects.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required by the business.
Requirements:
- Financial related degree or equivalent Accounts Receivable experience.
- Used to working in a high-volume environment.
- Confident user of financial/expenses systems, ideally Dynamics 365 or another ERP system.
- Excellent Administrative skills with competent use of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Confident liaising with external suppliers and internal managers.
- Hardworking, conscientious and take pride in your work.
- Happy to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
