Warehouse & Customer Service Coordinator

Pineapple Careers is proud to be partnering with an innovative organisation based in Partridge Green, who are looking to recruit a Warehouse Customer Service Coordinator on a full-time Permanent basis. Are you confident dealing with customers as well as getting stuck into picking, packing and dispatch? This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining practical warehouse work with customer service and problem solving.

You’ll play an important role in ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately, stock is well organised and customers receive a great service from the moment they place an order through to delivery, returns and aftercare. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation during an important stage of its development.

• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload vehicles, containers and incoming deliveries
• Manage customer returns from initial enquiry through to resolution
• Handle delivery issues, including missing, delayed or incorrectly delivered parcels
• Arrange the collection and return of faulty or damaged products
• Booking couriers and communicating with courier personnel
• Packing of the products and dispatch
• Packing parts to a high standard
• Organise the safe and efficient storage and distribution of goods while maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse
• Handle queries quickly and effectively from other departments, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills
• Work closely with the Warehouse Logistics Manager to support the efficient day-to-day running of the warehouse
• Checking deliveries against paperwork and reporting any damage
• Dealing accurately with goods-in, receipting, unpacking and putting away
• Packing and dispatching of all customer products
• Ensuring health safety regulations are always adhered to

• Experience in stores, shipping, picking and packing or goods-in environment
• Warehouse experience is advantageous
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident dealing with customers over the phone and via email
• A counterbalance forklift License is advantageous
• Conscientious
• Great timekeeping
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Always maintain accuracy
• Understand the importance of Health Safety
• Microsoft Office experience

• £27,000 - £29,000
• Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 17.30
• Permanent position with opportunities for training and career progression
