As they continue to grow, they are recruiting an Account Executive - Aviation Aftermarket on a full-time, permanent basis. This opportunity would suit someone with experience in the aviation aftermarket, aerospace, aircraft components or a similar sector who is looking to develop their commercial knowledge and build a long-term career within aviation. You will support customers across Airlines, MROs, Aircraft Leasing, Flight Training and Simulation, helping to manage aircraft component requirements from quotation and sourcing through to order completion. Offering hands-on training, mentoring and genuine career progression, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop specialist industry knowledge and grow within a successful international aviation business.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Research the market and prepare competitive quotations
- Source aircraft components and identify suitable solutions for customer requirements
- Manage customer requirements and orders from enquiry through to completion
- Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are achieved
- Liaise with the warehouse, suppliers, logistics partners and internal departments to ensure successful order delivery
- Proactively resolve challenges relating to component availability, lead times and logistics
- Source difficult-to-find aircraft components
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and suppliers
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to customers throughout the order process
- Assist with project management activities as your experience develops
- Support the achievement of departmental sales objectives and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records within CRM and sales management systems
- Attend customer meetings, industry events and trade shows where required
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across sales, operations and finance
Key Skills
- Previous experience within the aviation aftermarket, MRO, aircraft components, aerospace or a similar industry would be advantageous
- Candidates without direct aviation experience should be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in the industry, relevant transferable skills and a strong motivation to build a career within aviation
- Strong sales administration and organisational skills
- Good IT skills, including Outlook, Excel and Quantum, Avsight or similar systems
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused and commercially aware
- Proactive and eager to learn with a can-do attitude
- A natural multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful and confident when solving problems
- Able to take ownership and deliver results

Salary & Benefits
- Β£28,000 - Β£37,000 (depending on experience)
