- Deliver proactive account and project management
- Maintain and update internal databases with accuracy
- Advise on shipping and freight logistics
- Track, monitor and improve account performance
- Act as a main point of contact for allocated customer accounts
- Support senior colleagues on strategic projects and ad hoc requests
- Contribute to the growth and success of consignment stock sales
- Comfortable working with pricing models and project tracking
