Pineapple Careers is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected organisation to recruit a Business & Family Personal Assistant on a permanent basis.
This is a trusted and varied role supporting a Company Director with both business and family administration.
You will manage diaries, meetings, correspondence and key actions, while also coordinating family appointments, carers, payments and household arrangements.
This opportunity would suit an experienced PA, Executive Assistant, Office Manager or Senior Administrator who is highly organised, discreet and confident working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s diary, appointments, meetings and travel commitments
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas and meeting notes
- Monitor actions, deadlines and follow-up tasks
- Manage emails and correspondence, escalating matters where appropriate
- Liaise with colleagues, clients, suppliers and professional advisors
- Support business projects, meetings, events and general administration
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Handle confidential business and personal information with complete discretion
- Act as the main point of contact for family carers
- Manage live-in and respite carer rotas, holidays, handovers and cover
- Provide Family PA support, working directly with family members to coordinate their appointments, diaries and day-to-day arrangements
- Process weekly payments for carers and household employees
- Complete a weekly online food shop
- Maintain family records and follow up with carers, healthcare providers and household staff
- Resolve routine matters independently and escalate concerns where required
Key Skills
- Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, Office Manager or Senior Administrator
- Family PA experience would be advantageous
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities and changing demands
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
- Able to work independently, use initiative and solve problems
- Comfortable managing diaries, rotas, appointments and payments
- Patient, empathetic and professional when dealing with family members and carers
