Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Manager with qualifications and expertise in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines (or other relevant trade skills with career experience). The Maintenance Manager will lead and coordinate maintenance activities at the Pine Trees Hotel and our newly acquired East Haugh House, acting as a line manager to our hotel-based Maintenance Technicians. This hands-on role involves ensuring compliance, overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, managing the team.
