Overview
A really exciting opportunity working with a leading supplier and installer of innovative fit-out solutions within the commercial interiors sector. Providing technical solutions and support on cutting edge commercial projects involving Acoustics, Ceiling Systems, Access Flooring, Lighting, Partitions, Insulation and some Building Envelope applications.
Package
- Salary: £67k basic plus car allowance of £6.7k per annum plus bonus. On successful completion of six months\’ probation and defined KPI’s the basic salary would rise to £70,000 per annum with the car allowance increasing to £7,000, giving a total package of £77,000.
- Holiday and benefits: 25 Days + Statutory UK Bank Holidays. Additional 5 Day Holiday Purchase Scheme. Healthcare.

They both supply and install a wide range of interior and some exterior fit-out solutions including ceilings, partitions, acoustics, lighting, access flooring, insulation and some exterior envelope systems specified by Architects, Interior Designers, M&E Consultants, Fire Consultants, D&B Contractors and Building Owners.
The Job
To proactively promote the company and provide technical support to prospective customers, with a strong bias towards winning new business. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients alongside developing new clients including Developers, Architects, Interior Designers, Fire Consultants, Sustainability Consultants, Fit-Out/D&B, Sub-Contractors & Delivery Partners.

We are seeking a consummate, well trained specification professional. You will need to be well connected within the London A&D community and experienced within technical products and solutions – ideally in a similar product arena.
