Exciting new opportunity for an ambitious Marketeer to join a dynamic, fast growing and innovative business in the bathrooms sector. You will manage and develop marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple platforms and a variety of customer channels.
PACKAGE: Basic Salary Circa £40k (negotiable) plus strong bonus scheme plus benefits.
COMPANY: My client are a supplier of a full range of bathroom products including bathroom brassware, sanitaryware and associated products. They supply via bathroom retail & specification channels. As part of ambitious growth plans the company are looking to bring in a new Marketing Specialist.
THE JOB:
- Increase brand awareness and engage existing and potential customers across all channels.
- Undertake copywriting for campaign website pages, landing pages, blogs, email newsletters and other deliverables.
- Continually monitor market developments, assist in market research projects and feedback findings to the business.
- Monitor, analyse and report results and recommend future strategies in response to these results.
- Produce creative briefs for our agencies and project manage the production and delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Devise and implement marketing campaigns to promote events, new product launches, new literature etc.
LOCATION: Work remotely at home or at Head Office in York or a mix of both.
THE PERSON: The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years experience in a marketing role.
- A degree or professional qualification in marketing / marketing related subject or be studying towards attaining these.
- A sound understanding of marketing channels, tools and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to engage customers.
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent people skills essential.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to prioritise and to manage tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing packages.
- A good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
- Experience in a similar type B2B type business in the interiors or construction sector would be an advantage.
