Market leading manufacturer of domestic and commercial heating products – selling full cradle to grave through specification with M&E Consultant, Local Authority, Housing association, Developers, NHS Trusts and followed through to contractor and Merchant.
PACKAGE – £45k – £53k basic dependent on experience plus bonus up to 25% of salary, company car, health scheme and excellent benefits.

THE JOB – You will develop and foster relationships with a variety of customers – typically M&E Consultants, Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Housebuilders, Contractors and Merchants. Looking to gain new specifications together with trying to break competitor specifications. Influencing contractors and maintaining relationships at various levels within the Merchants.
AREA – This is a home based role managing the home counties, South & South West London in postcodes OX/HP/LU/AL/WD/HA/RG/SL/UB/W/TW/SW/SE/KT/SM/CR/BR/SO/GU/RH/PO/BN.
THE PERSON – The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a successful track record in specification selling and understand the importance of relationships and influence throughout the procurement process and supply chain. You will be a confident communicator, a professional presenter and an active team player.
