Concurrently, positioning rightsholders to best serve the needs of modern brand demands and grow revenue in an ever-evolving sports sponsorship landscape.

The Opportunity

PinDrop is looking for a hungry, ambitious and commercially sharp Senior Partnership Development Executive to support our work representing one of the UK’s leading football clubs. This is a sales-focused role for someone who wants to build a career in sports partnerships and is ready to take ownership of brand outreach, lead generation and the wider partnership development process. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging brands that could become partners of the club, building and managing your own pipeline, and taking accountability for creating momentum across new business opportunities. This means not only opening conversations, but helping progress them through the sales process with clear follow-up, organisation and commercial intent. This is not a passive role. We are looking for someone proactive, resilient and excited by the challenge of creating opportunities from scratch.

The Position

  • Represent a leading UK football club in market, supporting new business partnership sales.
  • Lead proactive outreach to brands and senior decision-makers with a focus on opening quality conversations.
  • Secure introductory calls and meetings with prospective partners.
  • Take ownership of follow-up activity, ensuring conversations are progressed with pace, clarity and professionalism.
  • Support the creation of tailored sales materials, proposals and follow-up notes.
  • Manage and update pipeline activity, ensuring clear visibility on outreach, responses, follow-ups and next steps.
  • Work closely with the PinDrop team to shape sales strategy, refine messaging and progress live opportunities.

The Person

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Hungry, proactive and comfortable with outbound sales.
  • Commercially minded, with a strong interest in sport, brands and sponsorship.
  • Confident communicating with senior decision-makers.
  • Resilient and comfortable with rejection, follow-up and long sales cycles.
  • Organised, disciplined and able to manage a high volume of outreach.
  • Curious and able to understand why a partnership makes sense for a brand.

Your Experience

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in sports partnership sales within a rightsholder or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in all stages of new business development, from identification through negotiation to execution.
  • Effective in building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders, evidenced by a developing 'little black book'.
  • Exceptionally strong interpersonal and communication skills.
