THE OPPORTUNITY
This position will play a meaningful role in shaping how we build and sell partnerships on behalf of our rightsholder clients. As a Partnership Development Manager, you will work directly with elite sports organisations to help them unlock commercial value, structure market-leading sponsorship propositions and convert insight into revenue.

THE POSITION
We are looking for a commercially sharp, self-motivated Partnership Development Manager to help deliver partnership and revenue growth for our clients. The role will include:
- End-to-End Deal Execution – Managing and delivering the full partnership sales process, from prospecting and outreach through negotiation, contracting and close.
- Sponsorship Strategy – In close collaboration with the Co-Founders and insights team, contributing to the construction, positioning and delivery of partnership strategies, rights architectures and sales narratives.
- Relationship Management – Building and nurturing long-term relationships across brands and premium international sports properties to ensure PinDrop and our clients remain ahead of market opportunity.
- Best-In-Class Advisory – Providing consultative and advisory support to our clients, ensuring a best-in-class experience, from presentation development and pitch delivery through to partnership execution.
THE PERSON

Skills & Experience – You must possess:
- A minimum of three years’ experience in sports partnership sales within a rightsholder or agency environment.
- Proven record of successfully negotiating sports partnerships from outreach to signature.
- Proficiency in all stages of new business development.
- Effective in building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders, evidenced by a developing 'black book'.
- Exceptionally strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong marketing mindset and understanding with an ability to think creatively.
