We are looking for someone to:

  • Support the development and delivery of an appropriate and outstanding curriculum and provision planning
  • Assess and teach young children who have complex special educational needs
  • Support the development of The Thornes Centre provision with particular reference to the teaching and assessment of young children with SEMH
  • Promote and support the achievement of all children through work with officers, agencies, schools, families and children where SEMH is a factor
  • Be hardworking and one who can participate as a team member in the operation, promotion, evaluation and development of The Thornes Centre
  • Be a strong practitioner who provides stimulating learning opportunities and enjoys working with young children
