This role is being advertised as Education Support Officer, but internally your job title will be Programmes Support.

At Pinc College, we are creating inclusive, creative and supportive learning environments where every student is valued and we are looking for dedicated Study Programme Support professionals to help us deliver that vision every day.
As Study Programmes Support, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of a Pinc College campus, working closely with teachers, the Assistant Head of Programmes and the Head of Programmes to ensure students receive outstanding support. You will help create a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment where students can access learning, regulate emotions and make meaningful progress towards their goals.

- Experience supporting young people with SEND in education, youth work or similar settings
- Strong interpersonal skills with patience, empathy and resilience
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to follow direction while working independently when required
- A positive, collaborative approach to team working
- Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
- Confidence using basic IT systems and Microsoft Office tools
