The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 Β£ per year.

35 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks). We're looking for a Programme Support team member to join Pinc College and play a key role in creating a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment for young people aged 16–24 with SEND. This role is based in our campus inside Salford Museum and Art Gallery.

Working closely with our teaching and programme teams, you'll provide learning and pastoral support, help implement EHCP outcomes, contribute to student wellbeing, and support the day-to-day running of our campus. This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who is organised, compassionate and committed to helping young people achieve their goals.

We're particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience supporting young people with SEND, neurodiversity or additional needs in education, youth work or community settings. Join us and help shape creative, inclusive pathways for young people!
