Campus Based - Central Manchester (Lever Street, Manchester Museum and Manchester Craft and Design Centre)
Are you a passionate and experienced education leader committed to transforming outcomes for young people with SEND? Pinc College is seeking a strategic and inspiring Head of Programmes to lead our Post-16 provision at our campuses across Central Manchester. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving high-quality, inclusive education, ensuring exceptional student experiences, and delivering strong outcomes aligned with EHCP aspirations and progression pathways.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing our Engage, Creative Enterprise, and Supported Internship programmes
- Driving curriculum quality, teaching excellence, and Ofsted readiness
- Overseeing safeguarding, SEND provision, and EHCP coordination
- Leading and developing multidisciplinary teams across multiple campuses
- Building employer, cultural, and industry partnerships to create meaningful opportunities for students
- Ensuring compliance with DfE funding requirements, SEND legislation, and quality assurance frameworks
We're looking for someone with:
- Significant experience in Post-16 education and SEND provision
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge of EHCP processes, Ofsted frameworks, and DfE Study Programmes
- A commitment to inclusive practice, student-centred learning, and continuous improvement
