Are you passionate about inclusive education and making a real difference to the lives of young people with SEND? Pinc College is looking for two Assistant Heads of Programmes to help lead our innovative Post-16 provision based in Manchester City Centre. Working alongside the Head of Programmes, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding student experiences, supporting high-quality teaching and learning, and ensuring positive outcomes for learners with EHCPs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery of our Engage, Creative Enterprise and Supported Internship programmes
  • Leading on day‑day campus operations and student experience
  • Supporting safeguarding, wellbeing, SEND provision and EHCP implementation
  • Monitoring student progress, attendance and outcomes
  • Coaching and supporting staff development and performance
  • Building relationships with employers, cultural partners and external stakeholders
  • Contributing to quality assurance, Ofsted readiness and continuous improvement

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience working with young people with SEND and EHCPs
  • Experience in Post‑16 education or specialist provision
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, SEND, EHCP processes and inclusive practice
  • A commitment to helping young people prepare for adulthood and achieve their ambitions
