Campus based at National Museum Cardiff. Are you a creative educator passionate about inclusive learning and preparing young people for their future? Pinc College is looking for an innovative Teacher to deliver engaging Level 2 and Level 3 creative programmes for young people aged 16β25, including students with SEND. This is an exciting opportunity to teach in inspiring cultural environments, using creative, asset-based approaches that connect learning to the real world.
Key responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering high-quality, multidisciplinary creative learning programmes
- Supporting students to achieve strong academic, personal and progression outcomes
- Tracking progress, assessing work and contributing to EHCP reviews
- Working collaboratively with support staff, families and external partners
- Building relationships with cultural venues and community organisations to enrich learning experiences
We're looking for someone with:
- A recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching young people with SEND in Further Education or specialist provision
- Strong communication, organisation and digital creative skills
- A commitment to inclusive, student-centred teaching and learning
