We're recruiting: Admissions and Enrolment Officer
Remote working (with occasional travel for meetings in Greater Manchester area)
Term-time | 41 weeks per year
Are you highly organised, a confident communicator and someone who enjoys helping people?
Pinc Education Group is looking for an Admissions and Enrolment Officer to join our team.
You’ll play an important role in supporting young people and their families through their journey into college, coordinating the admissions process from the first enquiry through to enrolment at one of Independent Specialist College offerings.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing admissions enquiries from families, schools and Local Authorities.
- Coordinating applications, consultations and placement enquiries.
- Arranging assessments, visits and transition activities.
- Working with families and professionals to support successful placements.
- Maintaining accurate learner records and admissions information.
- Liaising with campus teams to help ensure smooth transitions into college.
What we're looking for:
Someone with experience in admissions, administration, business support or customer service, who is organised, proactive and confident managing competing priorities.
You'll also have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to build positive relationships with families, colleagues and external professionals.
Experience in education, SEND, Local Authority processes or working with EHCPs would be an advantage.
