Store London – Sales Advisor

Pinarello are a renowned brand in the cycling industry, with a rich pedigree in creating Grand Tour winning bicycles. It is an incredibly exciting time to join our team, as the store in London will have had a complete remodel over the winter, cementing itself as the leading flagship bicycle brand store in the heart of the West End. The store is the window for the brand globally and the role of Sales Advisor is a key part of this team, providing an excellent standard of customer service and advice.

What are we looking for?

An enthusiastic, customer-focused individual with a strong passion for the cycling industry. A person who is also willing to be a team member with a strong detail-oriented approach, meticulous in their approach and takes great pride in their work. Ideally you will have experience in a customer facing role. Prior experience in sizing/bike fitting would be an advantage.

General Duties

· To serve customers showing high standards of customer care at all times, providing a helpful and friendly service, in order to maximize sales and profit.

· To assess the fit and size of the bicycle required for each customer.

· To merchandise and fill displays as necessary and present products appropriately with correct prices, and help keep all areas clean and tidy.

· To work with EPOS systems to process customer orders, and to help handle sales enquiries including calls and emails.

·To work effectively as part of a team, with the ability to communicate well with customers, other team members and management.
