Telephone Researcher / Survey Advisor Location: South Shields, NE33 Hours: 37 hours per week, over 4 days Pay: £10.85 – £12.90 per hour (dependent on age and performance) About the Role Pin Point Recruitment is recruiting Telephone Researchers to join a busy team in South Shields. You will contact students and former learners to complete telephone surveys about their education and training experiences. This is not a sales role. Key Responsibilities * Conduct outbound telephone surveys. * Accurately record responses and information. * Meet daily and weekly performance targets. * Deliver excellent customer service. * Handle objections professionally. * Follow safeguarding and company procedures. What We're Looking For * Excellent communication and listening skills. * Confident and professional telephone manner. * Strong attention to detail. * Positive, target-driven attitude. * Good time management. * Previous call centre experience desirable but not essential. Hours & Pay Hours: 37 hours over 4 days, with shifts between 9am and 8pm, Monday to Friday. Possible Saturday overtime. * Ages 18–20: £10.85 per hour, increasing to £11.00 after 4 weeks. * Ages 21+: £12.71 per hour, increasing to £12.90 after 4 weeks.
