We re looking for a 360 Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and take full ownership of the recruitment cycle from business development, serving clients, site visits to candidate placement. About the Role:
As a 360 Consultant, you ll manage both clients and candidates, delivering high-quality recruitment services in the industrial sector including warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits
- Identify and win new business opportunities
- Advertise roles, source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal database
- Conduct interviews and match candidates to client requirements
- Negotiate offers and close placements
- Maintain accurate records on the CRM system
- Meet and exceed agreed KPIs and targets
About You:
- 1+ year of experience in a 360 recruitment role (industrial sector preferred)
- Proven track record of billing and business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive and resilient mindset
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritise under pressure
- Full UK driving licence (for client visits)
