Production Operative

Killingworth Full-Time 15 £ / hour No home office possible

Pin Point Recruitment are looking for experienced Production Operatives for a global leader manufacturing company in the North Tyneside area.

2 Shift Pattern – 12 hr Continental shift pattern consisting of days and nights (Every other weekend off):

Days 06:30 – 18:30
Nights 18:30 – 06:30

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Operating machinery and equipment in the production process.
Assemble, inspect, and package products with precision and care.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Maintain a clean and organised work space.
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience within a manufacturing environment.
Desire to excel within a continuous manufacturing environment.
Keen eye for detail.
Good work ethic and willing to learn new skills.
Demonstrate innovative and problem-solving approach to work.
