Summary
Pin Point Recruitment is seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator / Sheet Metal Worker for a growing client in the manufacturing sector. This company specialises in sheet metal and tube work, providing full subcontracting services from design through to delivery, including an in-house paint line.

Due to increasing demand, they are expanding their team and require a capable individual to join their production department. The successful candidate will bring experience in both CNC and manual operations, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Press Brake Operator / Sheet Metal Worker Responsibilities:

* Setting and operating CNC Press Brake machinery

* Performing manual operations including drilling and tapping

* Reading and interpreting technical drawings

* Maintaining high standards of workmanship across varied tasks

* Collaborating with team members to meet production goals

* Contributing to continuous improvement and training initiatives

Press Brake Operator / Sheet Metal Worker Requirements:

* Prior experience in sheet metal working and CNC machinery essential

* Minimum 1 year experience operating Press Brake machines

* Comfortable working from technical drawings

* Able to work both independently and collaboratively

* Reliable commute required (within 40-mile radius)
