They will play a crucial role in driving B2B sales and providing expert advice to clients on a wide range of protective clothing and safety equipment. This is a proactive sales role requiring strong product knowledge, a good understanding of industry standards, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with customers to identify their needs, recommend suitable solutions, and ensure all products meet safety and compliance regulations traveling to sites through the M3 and M4 corridor. PPE & Workwear Specialist Responsibilities: * Advise customers on product selection, application, and suitability of workwear and PPE * Generate leads and close sales to meet and exceed targets * Handle customer inquiries and ensure a positive service experience * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of workwear and PPE products, including specifications and certifications * Monitor industry trends and ensure products align with the latest regulations and standards * Liaise with suppliers to source new products and negotiate pricing * Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock levels * Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers * Represent the company at trade shows and industry events * Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and procurement * Provide product training and support to internal staff * Ensure all products comply with relevant EN and ISO safety standards * Keep up to date with legislative changes impacting the PPE sector PPE & Workwear Specialist Key Skills & Experience: Essential: * Experience in workwear and PPE sales, ideally within a B2B environment * Strong product knowledge including materials, applications, and technical specifications * Understanding of EN and ISO compliance standards * Proven sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools * Strong organisational and time management skills Full UK driving licence PPE & Workwear Specialist Qualifications: Desirable: * Relevant qualifications in sales, health and safety, or supply chain management * Formal training in PPE compliance or industry-specific certifications If this opportunity sounds right for you, please apply and a member of the Pin Point Recruitment team will be in touch
