This is a key site leadership position, responsible for leading the maintenance function across mechanical, electrical and instrumentation disciplines, while driving improvements in maintenance planning, preventative maintenance, reliability and engineering performance. The successful candidate will have significant experience within a process manufacturing or similarly complex industrial environment and will be confident leading maintenance teams, managing contractors and delivering continuous improvement.
