Pin Point Recruitment are looking for a Machine Operative to join a manufacturing company in Dagenham.
As a Machine Operative you will be responsible for operating & adjusting enclosing equipment to an optimum level ensuring that production requirements are being met and improved
Machine Operative Job Role
Responsible for setting and running enclosing machines
Responsible for loading all feeders with the correct stock
Responsible for achieving productivity targets set by the company
Carry out minor repairs/adjustments as required
Understanding postal sortitions and making sure all presented correctly
Lead by example and ensure that all work produced by yourself is of the standard expected taking responsibility for any team members assigned or working with you
Responsible for ensuring that quality and quantity standards are achieved
Follow and play an active role in the companies 5C plans and standards
Machine Operative Hours:
5 days one week, 2 days the next
Including every other weekend
7am – 7pm
Machine Operative Skills Required:
Experience with operating and setting a machine
Previous experience working in a fast paced production environment
Operating and setting a enclosing machine is a distinct advantage
