* Salary up to £50,000 (pro rata)
An experienced HR BP is wanted to join a growing manufacturing company in North Tyneside.
Working as part of the senior leadership team, you’ll be taking a key role in shaping and executing HR strategies that support business transformation while remaining true to the company culture.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
* Proven experience in a similar role, with a background in a changing or evolving business environment
* Experience in change management and supporting teams through business transformation.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and hands-on approach.
* Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* A hands-on, proactive and pragmatic approach
What You’ll Be Doing
* Partnering with senior leadership to develop & implement HR strategies that align with the company’s transformation plan.
* Supporting employees through the transition, ensuring clear communication
* Guide and support managers through any business restructuring.
* Manage ER, providing guidance to managers on handling performance & capability concerns
* Develop and implement change management strategy
* Support succession planning and upskilling initiatives
* Support recruitment and onboarding efforts to bring in new talent aligned with the company’s future direction.
* Provide HR metrics and insights to inform decision-making.
