About the Role
We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill/Turn Setter/Operator to join our night shift team producing precision aerospace components to the highest standards. You will work with FANUC-controlled mill/turn lathes, interpreting technical drawings and ensuring quality at every stage.
Key Responsibilities

Set and operate CNC mill/turn lathes (FANUC controls)
*
Read and work from customer drawings, specifications, and work instructions
*
Perform in-process inspection of your own work using appropriate measuring equipment
*
Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and safety
*
Keep your work area organised and compliant with 5C/5S principles
What You’ll Bring

Completed mechanical engineering apprenticeship (or equivalent experience)

Strong CNC experience — FANUC essential, Nakamura and bar feed experience advantageous
