Salary: £26,064 per annum
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
About the Role
We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Female Independent Living Support Workers to support individuals living in a supported living service consisting of 10 self-contained bungalows.
You will provide person-centred care, promote independence and help individuals enjoy fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
- Support medication, meal preparation and moving and handling.
- Help with appointments, shopping and activities.
- Encourage independence, choice and wellbeing.
- Follow individual care and support plans.
Requirements
- Caring, patient and reliable attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Flexibility to work day shifts and waking nights on a rota.
- Ability to travel to Forest Hall.
